Feed back re installation
To start with the service was terrific. Every couple of days we would get a message updating when our panels were to be installed. However with wet weather they had to be delayed three times and I had to contact Smart Energy to find out what was happening. It had been rescheduled 3 times without us being notified and then the actual installer contacted me at 10pm the night before to say they would be here at 7am the next day. I felt let down by Smart Energy not keeping in touch with us. I didn't feel it was my job to contact you all the time.
