One of my frame came broken. With one email they send out a replacement. Customer service was very helpful.

Worst prints I've ever seen. Better off printing from your home computer printer. Scam!

I wish I would’ve read reviews and the BBB.org complaints first. I purchased 4- 25x25 photos. I received 1 with a damaged frame and 1 was printed horribly blurry. I had reached out to customer service prior to receiving my order and asked if the pictures would print clearly to which they replied that they would be excellent. Once I got the order with the blurry picture I emailed customer service who made me send multiple emails with different pictures/angles of the problem to then have them respond that it is up to their standards and despite it likely frustrating me they would not be resolving the issue. The quality of the frames/matting is also not great, very cheap. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Don’t make a mistake when you’re ordering. If you order the wrong item and then cancel the order almost immediately, you will still have to pay for the full price. Extremely poor customer service.

Excellent service..the young lady was so pleasant and helpful. Iam so use to my grandchildren helping me but this is a Christmas present for the family and iam not that tech smart. She Was patient very helpful personality plus. I can guarantee i will be returning. Cant wait to get my product thank you thankyou God Bless you All

Awesome customer service. Great framework. Packaged was damaged and affected one frame and so easy to get a replacement. Fast, great product, and overall great experience. Will definitely order again.

My new family pictures are Gorgeous!!! The sale was a wonderful time to get three 20x30 pictures of my new family photos! I’m so thrilled! Also shipper damaged two of them. I was so bummed. Smallwood jumped right on it and made it right! I got them today and hung and am just so happy! Go get new family photos and then some Smallwood framed photos!!

I have ordered from Smallwoods Home a few times. I had an issue with my picture being blurry and they emailed me back until I was satisfied and shipped me a new photo at no cost. I will continue to order from them because of the quality and great customer service. Thank you again!

I have placed multiple orders with Smallwood over the years. Anytime I have had an issue, they worked quickly to make it right. I receive so many compliments on my canvas pictures when people come into my home. Highly recommended!!

Awesome company! So very nice and willing to help if there’s any problem with your orders. I’ve ordered a couple of times from Smallwoods Home and will again. They’re so very conscientious of all their work & do what they can to satisfy the customer completely.

Great employees and company

Smallwoods exceeded my expectations on my most recent order. They were extremely accommodating when I made a mistake with my order and again when the replacement was delivered with damage from FedEx. I cannot recommend them enough… they are simply an amazing company!

I placed an order with 2 large prints. They were both damaged in the shipping process. I contacted Smallwoods and they sent new prints at no charge. Within 2 days they new ones were hanging on my wall. Great customer service and quality!!

Absolutely amazing customer service! They took the time to email me about my photograph being blurry vs just issuing me a refund. They gave me ideas on how to get a better quality picture because they wanted me to get the absolute best product. We emailed back and forth numerous times about my order until it was exactly what I wanted. They made a lifelong customer for sure!
