A mail carrier lost the two pictures I ordered from Smallwoods. The mail carrier said they were delivered, but I never received them. I contacted the mail carrier, and they said wait four days. After the four days, I contacted Smallwoods. I received an email the same day, and your company asked me to verify my address, so I assume these special pictures are being replaced. It will be wonderful if I receive replacements. Thank you.3 74

Their customer service is second to none. You speak to a “real person” every time you call, and with very little wait time. They were so willing to help correct the blurry photo I had and communication continued until the issue was resolved. I recommend this company for quality service and because their products speak for themselves. I love all my framed pics!!!!

Received a text offering "50% off custom frames. I had aprox $1200 worth of custom frames, total price for check out was aprox $900. I chatted with a customer service rep who repeated several times "discounts ate built into the pricing". All my frames were custom, I put them into my cart hoping a good sale would come along because I was going to purchase such a large order. I was asked to send screen shots of my card so the customer service rep could review the order. After waiting a bit she then told me, again, discounts are built into the pricing. Eather their math is BAD or, they raised the prices of custome frames before "sale" and the text is very very misleading.

Initially the 1st print was a little blurry. The Support team went over and beyond to ensure I would be completely satisfied. I am a Big Fan of Smallwood. I look forward to utilizing and making additional services in the future. Thank you!! Bob

We got our pictures today. They were delivered on a Saturday but where we live we couldn't get them until Monday. The wrapped canvas' we chose look absolutely perfect!!! They turned out really great. Between when I ordered them and when they were shipped out was 2 days. Great turn around time!!

This is my 1st experience with doing a custom order. From start to finish the customer service was stellar! Kudos to Smallwood staff!

I’ve ordered from smallwoods multiple times and will continue to order! Absolutely love everything I have gotten from them!! On my recent order two of the pictures came damaged (the box was also damaged so I’m assuming it was a carrier issue) ; contacted smallwoods and they are sending me replacements. Customer service was great!

I ordered 4 pictures with frames. Frames are all great quality and pictures are interchangeable with frames in the future. The picture quality is great and they gave me a new picture when one has a crease in the picture for free. I got text updates on the shipment so I could watch for it to arrive. I can't wait to order more in the future!

The pictures are beautiful, but I have had difficulty reaching customer support about an incorrect frame.

I absolutely love my prints! I was a tad skeptical because I got a good deal on them. I ordered 5 prints for only 160! I just got them today and I ordered less than a week ago. I had to change my address once I placed the order and they were very nice! I had such a great experience and will be ordering again!! They are exactly what I was hoping for!

I had 3 large prints made and framed. The first shipment arrived and all 3 products were damaged. Nothing was wrapped and just placed in a box, Customer Service was exceptional!!!! I contacted them right away and a replacement for all 3 was arranged. It shipped out and delivered within 6 days. The new shipment arrived not damaged. Since I bought on sale I am happy with the quality. However, I wouldn't be happy had I paid full price. The frames are cheaply made and the pics are printed on cardboard.

I’ve used Smallwood several times and cannot recommend them enough! On my most recent order, one of the prints was damaged upon delivery. Not only did they respond quickly to my replacement request, the also sent a new frame to go along with the print! I recommend them to all of my friends and family :)

I think the prices are great. The customer service I received was excellent and it was shipped very fast! The quality of the frames & pictures are very good as well!

Smallwood Home was recommended by a co-worker. The website is easy to navigate and special discounts are always extended, almost weekly. You just have to subscribe to their mailing and even then you get a significant discount. I ordered two 25x17 framed canvas and one 25x17 canvas photo. OMG! They arrived and even my two teenage boys were impressed on our beautiful our trip to Punta Cana was captured. I would definitely recommend and use Smallwood Home again, and again, and again.

Bad customer service. The line always says they're closed even though regular business hours. The images turned out very crappy. After 7 attempts to get ahold of them I get a pre written script response not solving the issue. Wasted 200 . The images look like crap. They were professionally done images. The prints show no details.
