Sent me a blurry picture from a professional one I sent them and won’t fix it. Go somewhere where they back their products. I have ordered before and loved them but after this we will go somewhere else

This company is truly amazing from the quality of the prints to their customer service. I can’t recommend them enough. Great customer service. I made an error in the shipping address. They caught the error immediately and emailed me. Everything was taken care of within 24 hours! Outstanding communication!

The quality is amazing! The box had a flap, so you didn’t accidentally cut into the print, genius! This prints are stunning and the craftsmanship is 10/10! Attentive and timely responses after I ordered the prints and they were way too big for my space (my fault). Afraid I would have to pay for all new prints/frames, and they took care of it all! Love family owned values for businesses! We will definitely be reordering every year!

I just ordered my prints in this same day I am writing this review, because I am that amazed with their customer service! Not only is their website very user friendly, and I am so excited to get my prints back, but I made a mistake with my shipping address after I clicked submit. Customer service had reached out to me IMMEDIATELY, and helped me resolve this. Very simple fix, but quick solution and response time. 10/10 will be coming back for future prints, and will always refer friends and family to this company. Thank you Smallwood!

I attempted to purchase some framed prints from Smallwood Home. The per item price was listed as $135, but the bulk price (for ordering three or more items) was listed as $65 per item. I selected/designed three items and when I went to check out the price was $99 per item. I live-chatted with a customer service rep. and was told that the price had increase and the page probably didn't update for me on their website because I hadn't cleared my cache (I'd never visited the site before today). While chatting I cleared my cache and refreshed the pricing page, it still showed the $65 per item bulk discount price. When I told the rep. this she said that high traffic sometimes causes the website updates to be delayed so she still couldn't make a price adjustment. I can understand minor fluctuations, but to have the price of an item increase by 52% from the time you select it to when you attempt to check out (less than 10 seconds) feels a lot like a scam. I have friends who have framed prints from Smallwoods in their homes so I know the product quality is nice, but the service I received was beyond disappointing and deceptive.

Customer service was easy to work with. The prints seemed to ne out of focus initially and they are replacing them which is great! Hopefully the new prints are high quality like I hope!

I have ordered from them several times and I absolutely love the look of the products. I love when companies not only have great products, but also great service to go along with it. The website makes it easy to design your project, it ships quickly, and when one of my frames had a couple scuffs on it from the mail, they sent me a replacement no problem! Will always order my wall-photos here!

I have absolutely loved ordering my photos from Smallwood, BUT recently I noticed a sky rocket in prices for their custom frames! I just placed an order on 23 Nov for 1x 10x12 and I paid $39 (NOT the bulk price). Now, 8 Dec, the prices are $20 more for just 1x 10x12! That’s insane. That’s a 51% increase in price. I understand that it’s Christmas time and I’m sure the orders are coming in, but that’s unreal! Completely disappointed to see this, specifically around the holidays when stores are trying to tell consumers they have things “on sale” and people are trying to save $$. Even with their 30% discount code of “GIFT”, it doesn’t even put it back to the price it was literally 2 weeks prior. This just doesn’t make sense to me.

Expedient customer service and resolved issue within a few hours of request being made. Product is immaculate and better than I could have imagined! I’m never disappointed ordering product from Smallwoods!

I have been ordering from Smallwoods for 5+ years now and absolutely love them. My latest shipment came yesterday and unfortunately one of my prints was bent. I immediately got ahold of customer service and less than 24 hours later I was told a brand new print was headed my way. If that's not exceptional service I don't know what it. Will ALWAYS come back to Smallwoods and recommend them to everyone.

Had a damaged print and they responded immediately and fixed my issue swiftly with no questions asked.

I had always wanted the large format photos to fill our stairs (curved) and they did not disappoint. We went with the canvas because of the curvature of our walls and they look bold and beautiful. Unfortunately, a few of the canvases were damaged during shipping. I sent pics and a ticket and the customer service alone will keep me coming back. They re-printed and sent us new almost immediately. We will be back, thank you Smallwood.

I’ve ordered from Smallwoods previously. The 44X22 frames I received were great. I recently ordered refills and the quality is terrible. Extremely blurry. I contacted them and was very pleased that they agreed, they were blurry, and said they would replace them! I even sent them my professional photos from my lap top this time straight from the photographer. Got the reprints and they were exactly like the original photos! I reached out again and now they are letting me know my pictures are “up to their standards.” I’m extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this company in the future.

I made a mistake ordering and customer service helped me fix it right away. They were amazing to work with! I ordered a set of their frames and the quality is top notch.

Reached out about a scratch on one of our prints and they responded very quickly offering to send a replacement. Great quality prints and great customer service!

Meadow was incredible!!! She helped me start to finish and TRULY WENT ABOVE & BEYOND…. The experience was wonderful and she was super helpful, and most of all PATIENT AND KIND!!!

I ordered 4 pictures. 2 out of the 4 came in with the frames not at 100% and customer service was great at fixing the problem. I would absolutely order from them again. The prints are great quality!
