I have received two damaged prints
I have received two damaged prints in back to back orders. The initial print I received was bent and improperly put in the frame so it arrived damaged. Customer service replaced it after a week. But when the new replacement print arrived it was also damaged with a large bent mark across the print. I believe it was packaged already damaged. The shipping box was in perfect condition. So seems to be a quality control issue. I submitted another request for reprint but have not received a response. Now I am 5 days away from Christmas with no family portrait to gift my parents. Huge bummer…
