WARNING - AVOID THIS COMPANY Exchanged a mattress per company policy. After two weeks and over 30 phone calls, company has not refunded the difference nor picked up the exchanged mattress. Just a fraudulent runaround. Just buy direct.
Ricky was incredible he was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We shopped around for several months before settling on an avocado mattress. Loved that everything was so clean and we wore little booties as we tried all the mattresses we liked until we found ours. Thanks again Ricky!
I had a great experience at SleePare! Ricky was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained the differences between the mattresses clearly and gave me plenty of time to test everything without making me feel pressured. I ended up purchasing a Helix Midnight Elite and feel confident that I made the right choice. If you’re shopping for a new mattress, I highly recommend visiting SleePare and asking for Ricky!
No pressure, very helpful, transparent and most importantly, honest! Douw was super helpful and great to work with at the Dallas location, only place I’d recommend to friends and family.
Great mattress selection. Ricky has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable!
Douw was amazing on our first visit to SleepPare! There was no pressure to buy and he was extremely helpful and kind. He lets us try anything and everything and was able to answer all of our questions. We will definitely be back to continue our search for the perfect mattress.
My partner and I stopped by SleePare on a weekday after work and were assisted by Max, the store manager, and had a great experience. Max was so knowledgeable about the products, he was able to direct us to the mattresses that could work best for our different needs and explain in simple terms why the different mattresses, with their various constructions and materials felt differently, supported differently, and were differently comfortable or uncomfortable for us. I went into SleePare feeling a little discouraged about finding a mattress that would work for my partner and I, and walked out feeling encouraged and positive that we had found the mattress we’d soon be sleeping on. Max has created such a good mattress shopping experience at SleePare; it’s unrushed; it’s a comfortable environment; Max was attentive and listened well so that our feedback could guide his recommendations.
This felt great to come in, take time, get some information and not feel pressured. We’ll be back once we make the final decision.
We received excellent help and care from both Max and Ryan who were very supportive and informative in explaining different aspects and concepts to help us! We are thankful for a non pressure experience that included trial of materials and equipment. We appreciate all of the support and transparency in the process, plus got a great deal in the purchase and support of the mattress.
Dustin was super helpful and answered all my questions. Excited to try the new mattress soon!
Malcolm knew everything to ask and recommend. Really REALLY recommend. Bought mattress and pillows. Worth every penny. Very happy.
Ryan did an amazing job walking me through the different options and felt more like an educator then salesperson. 10/10 recommend!
I’m so HAPPY with the service Setareh provided, got a huge deal and leaving very happy and satisfied with my new pillows and mattress!
It was really helpful to do the bed hopping and receive an understanfing of the differences between manufacturers.
Absolutely horrible experience. They scammed me in the showroom by lying about their return and exchange policy. I bought the mattress through the link from the salesman, and now I am stuck with a $3k mattress. I recommend NOT purchasing from here and just go through the mattress company's website directly!!! I’ve spent weeks going back and forth with Bruce the customer support manager and he will not help me and is essentially telling me to pound sand. Absolutely awful experience
Great selection and service at this location.
This place is amazing. First and most importantly, we were NOT hounded. They took our info, pointed us in a direction, then left us alone. They just drove by once in a while to see if we had questions. This was amazing and unmatched. The vibe of the place is awesome as well!!! Low lights, soft music, and even stuffed animals to snuggle! You do need to take your shoes off, so come with socks or wear their provided shoe covers. Love love love this place! We came in for Nectar but are leaving with a Leesa order; also loved the Helix.
RYANNNNN FOR THE WINNNNN! THERE IS NO ONE BETTER FOR THE JOB AND HE IS THE VEERY LAST WORD IN HOSPITALITY ! GG’S to all other pillow savants !
Dray was amazing. Knowledgable and patient. I am really happy with my purchase. 😊
