Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. They scammed me in the showroom by lying about their return and exchange policy. I bought the mattress through the link from the salesman, and now I am stuck with a $3k mattress. I recommend NOT purchasing from here and just go through the mattress company's website directly!!! I’ve spent weeks going back and forth with Bruce the customer support manager and he will not help me and is essentially telling me to pound sand. Absolutely awful experience
