SCAM - I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks for customs they made ME pay and SKIMS support is a nightmare. I provided everything they asked for, including proof of payment from DHL, yet they keep closing the ticket and ignoring follow-ups. I’ve emailed multiple times and all I get is silence or the same generic reply. Totally unacceptable for a brand of this size. Feels like a scam – be warned.
BALCONETTE PUSH-UP BRA is comfortable to wear and is really nice. I've had the bra for 2 months now, worn it maybe 6 times, washed it by hand 3 time, the holder strips are now ruined. Can’t wear it anymore. I went to the Selfridges London store where I bought it. Of course I don't have the receipt anymore and the manager, Loudeen, had nothing to offer me. She even refused to call the floor manager and that is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I've spend almost 1000 pounds there in the last 2 months and she prefers to let a customer go back upset instead of helping. 😒. skins check your staff please!

Website is easy to use and has pictures of everything! I love how they use different size models since not everyone can compare to a cookie cutter body. I especially love how fast shipping is. I got my order within a week!

The product is so-so (generally a mixed bag) but the customer service is horrible! The returns portal wouldn’t work at first, finally got a label after nearly a week of chasing their customer service, then got told there’s a charge for restocking on top of return, and some items went on sale between when I bought them and when I wanted to return (so apparently now they’re not eligible, despite this being against UK law). Finally now it’s been 1+ month since I sent it off and customer service won’t reply on my refund status. Will definitely be raising a chargeback dispute - such a sketchy company.

Awful. I had heard that the customer service was bad but damn..! I ordered some shapewear. As it was final sale, I tried on in store and purchased online as I wanted a specific colour. First they send the wrong item. It took over 10 emails and many photos for them to understand what had gone wrong. Eventually they got it. Send me returns link which didnt work. Much more back and forth ensued. Then I asked that they refund the £10 shipping seeing as they made the error + they couldnt send me the right item. That took a further 4 emails to understand. Eventually they stopped replying so I did a chargeback with Amex. THEN Skims replied again. They agreed a full refund including delivery. Item was posted back. I get an email saying they will refund just the item fee. Tried to email again. They stop replying. I already have the chargeback though so screw them. Skims staff have the same IQ as Kim herself apparantly.

SKIMS is overall killing it in every aspect. The SKIMS website is stunning and easy to navigate. Ordering/purchasing items is so easy; love that they offer Afterpay; quick shipping; every item I’ve purchased has exceeded my expectations and I’ve never had a bad experience with SKIMS at all, ever.

Slow delivery time. The items not up to quality for the price. Now they haven't acknowledged my return or refunded me in 2 weeks. No response on chats - they just close it out after 15 minutes. I also can't get them to stop sending marketing texts - no option to reply STOP. AWFUL - DO NOT ORDER FROM SKIMS

Still waiting for a package that was marked delivered but hasn’t arrived. DHL delivered it somewhere else and gave me the wrong package. I purposely ordered this in time for a trip and there was plenty of time for it to arrive but Skims won’t do anything about it, they want me to wait a week then come back. I’ll then need to wait for it to ship AGAIN and it likely won’t arrive in time now. Support has been very disappointing, rather lack of support is more like it. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Je ne sais pas ce qui est le pire, la qualité, les tailles aléatoires ou encore le renvoi impossible... J'ai commandé un body en prenant mes mesures pour être sure de ne pas me tromper, je ne rentrer même pas une jambe dedans. De plus la qualité est très médiocre sur mon deuxième article un soutien gorge bandeau porté 2 fois, les coutures ont sauté dès le premier lavage (à 30°)...Bref le pompon, j'ai voulu renvoyer le body, ils m'ont fourni une étiquette de renvoie que la poste n'avait pas l'air de connaitre ni de prendre en charge, moralité on m'a demandé de payer 16€ pour renvoyer mon colis alors qu'il était mentionné que le retour était gratuit. Je suis donc rentrée chez moi avec mon body... ne commandez jamais sur ce site.
