SCAM - I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks for customs they made ME pay and SKIMS support is a nightmare. I provided everything they asked for, including proof of payment from DHL, yet they keep closing the ticket and ignoring follow-ups. I’ve emailed multiple times and all I get is silence or the same generic reply. Totally unacceptable for a brand of this size. Feels like a scam – be warned.
BALCONETTE PUSH-UP BRA is comfortable to wear and is really nice. I've had the bra for 2 months now, worn it maybe 6 times, washed it by hand 3 time, the holder strips are now ruined. Can’t wear it anymore. I went to the Selfridges London store where I bought it. Of course I don't have the receipt anymore and the manager, Loudeen, had nothing to offer me. She even refused to call the floor manager and that is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I've spend almost 1000 pounds there in the last 2 months and she prefers to let a customer go back upset instead of helping. 😒. skins check your staff please!

It said on when I was ordering my bras that I could exchange them if I needed to. Well I got my bras and I saw I got an 32 H. I’ve never been that size. So now I’m stuck with those bras I’m not happy at all. You should be able to exchange a size for another size if u need too. Now I have two bras that I paid for with tags on them never washed or put on. Even if I had to pay a little more that would have been ok.

Nice products (sizing a bit of a mystery though) but AWFUL customer service. Unfortunately, if you get in touch by email you get an AI response which is not helpful and the options to follow up with a human don’t work. Tried contacting on X too, no response.

Een beha besteld bij Skims. Deze werd snel geleverd en was zorgvuldig verpakt. Ik wilde evenwel een retour omdat de maat (mijn gebruikelijke maat besteld) toch niet correct bleek. Anders dan in hun voorwaarden vermeld, bleek een retour niet mogelijk, ook al zat ik nog ruimschoots binnen de retourperiode. Ik heb een mailtje gestuurd naar de klantendienst, maar nooit antwoord gekregen. Resultaat: 62 euro kwijt. Opletten dus!

My order was sent in two different packages. The delivery date was the 5th of June however, the first package didn’t arrive until the 12th of June. I can’t even track the second package because they gave me the same tracking number as the first package. I contacted customer service a week ago and I have still not gotten a reply.
