SCAM
SCAM - I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks for customs they made ME pay and SKIMS support is a nightmare. I provided everything they asked for, including proof of payment from DHL, yet they keep closing the ticket and ignoring follow-ups. I’ve emailed multiple times and all I get is silence or the same generic reply. Totally unacceptable for a brand of this size. Feels like a scam – be warned.
Washed tree times and I can throw it away, bad customer Service
BALCONETTE PUSH-UP BRA is comfortable to wear and is really nice. I've had the bra for 2 months now, worn it maybe 6 times, washed it by hand 3 time, the holder strips are now ruined. Can’t wear it anymore. I went to the Selfridges London store where I bought it. Of course I don't have the receipt anymore and the manager, Loudeen, had nothing to offer me. She even refused to call the floor manager and that is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I've spend almost 1000 pounds there in the last 2 months and she prefers to let a customer go back upset instead of helping. 😒. skins check your staff please!

Ho fatto un ordine di 2 pezzi, decidendo poi di fare il reso per uno. Seguito le loro istruzioni (con storno dei costi di spezione dal tot del rimborso, che va beh...). Passato più di un mese non ho ancora ricevuto rimborso ne nessun tipo di comunicazione da parte loro. Gli ho gia scritto 3 volte tramite il format che si trova sul loro sito segnalando la cosa e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta nemmeno a quelle segnalazioni. Si fingono morti.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company - the returns policy on their website states that returns will be processed within 2 - 3 business days. This has not happened - their system still says that no return has been received, despite royal mail tracking confirming it was delivered 1 week ago. The value of the return is over £100. No response to any of my enquiry emails!

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. Have to keep emailing to get a response and even then the issue isn’t rectified, if I don’t get my refund I will be taking it further and issuing a CCJ. Sent something back for a refund - no communication at all constantly chasing them even provided proof of return and still ghosting me. Will never ever order from them again.

terrible quality
terrible quality. i have tried to order from skims 4 times now, every time i am SO disappointed. the overpriced body suit was literally dangerous to get on, it was so tight despite me ordering a size up. it was prone to holes and the other items i ordered are see through. terrible.
