SCAM
SCAM - I’ve been trying to get a refund for weeks for customs they made ME pay and SKIMS support is a nightmare. I provided everything they asked for, including proof of payment from DHL, yet they keep closing the ticket and ignoring follow-ups. I’ve emailed multiple times and all I get is silence or the same generic reply. Totally unacceptable for a brand of this size. Feels like a scam – be warned.
Washed tree times and I can throw it away, bad customer Service
BALCONETTE PUSH-UP BRA is comfortable to wear and is really nice. I've had the bra for 2 months now, worn it maybe 6 times, washed it by hand 3 time, the holder strips are now ruined. Can’t wear it anymore. I went to the Selfridges London store where I bought it. Of course I don't have the receipt anymore and the manager, Loudeen, had nothing to offer me. She even refused to call the floor manager and that is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I've spend almost 1000 pounds there in the last 2 months and she prefers to let a customer go back upset instead of helping. 😒. skins check your staff please!

The most painful return process for products not worth it
This has been the most painful return process ever. They gave me a non-functioning return label, which took me 2 days and 3 post locations rejecting my package to find out (the third finally was able to explain the error). Then every time I emailed, I got an automatic answer from their AI since it flagged the word "return" in my emails, but once you get an automatic answer your email doesn't get pushed through to a person anymore - so had to email several times to finally get to a human for a new and functioning label. Now I emailed again to see if they received my return yet (its been a while), and again got this automatic answer saying I can 'follow my return at this link', but the link only takes me to a page where I can reselect my items to return, no way to get information on my return in process. It has just been such a nightmare, products are 1000% not worth the headache.

Shopping at Skims is very easy! I live in El Salvador, and I had no problems shopping, my order arrived on time, and the clothes are very comfortable! I recommend their products, and the user experience is very feasible :)

I gave it a 3 star review simply because the padded butt garment is super unrealistic lol. Sending it back fast! It's not natural looking at all! Material was good quality but that's it for me.

Habe meine Bestellung nicht bekommen. Nach 4 Mails und 3 Tagen endlich die Antwort: ich soll warten und sie melden sich nach 3 Tagen. Leider hat sich niemand gemeldet, ich habe wieder mehrere Mails gesendet aber keine Antwort! Das Kundenservice ist katastrophal!

They never refunded my full amount. I was owed 250 and I received 85. I will never buy skims from the online store ever again. Furthermore, I have contacted them more than once, no responses yet???

"Fits Everybody Legging" - Material feels cheap and thin
I ordered the "Fits Everybody Legging" and it is made so poorly. The material is thin and cheap and it bunches at the top. The elastic is sewn in and bunches as well. It looks like materturnity wear. I was suprised at how poorly made and designed a simple item like leggings could be. I tried to return it and I am not eligible because I bought them on sale. They were $50 from $100 and not even worth $5. Even the panties I ordered with it have basic stiching and loose threads. I am really surprised but I guess Skims does really good marketing to seem like a higher end/quality clothing line. Very disapointing. Will never shop with them again.

Unique garments
I enjoy taking advantage of this shop’s sales and truly appreciate the unique pieces they offer—especially their low-back dresses and curve-enhancing styles. While I do wish the prices were a bit more affordable, the quality and design make it worth it. Sizing can be tricky at first, but once you figure out what works for you, it gets easier. Overall, I highly recommend this company!
