Works. And is for good price for enclosed printer compared to the old models. It is not good price compared to Bambu Lab. Especially with MMU is almost twice more expensive than BambuLab with AMS. Some things are not finished to the smooth use. E.g. Orange handle are unsticked every week (more often when printing ASA), i had to use 3mm screws to fix it permanently. E.g.Camera is somehow integrated, works, but is not perfect and what can be done. E.g. Belt tensioning...

The filament was great for the price given the discount. Shopping experience was also fine.

Getting share parts for old MK3i printers.

I have bought the XL 2 toolhead on preorder and have been using it since April 24. I selected the Prusa as I was very happy with the MK3S, but needed a larger printbed, and support for multi material prints and solluable supports. I must say that Prusa XL underdelivered on several key aspects for which I bought it in the first place: - the printer is a non-finished platform, that Prusa is not further developing, let stand solve obvious bugs. An example: the clogged filament sensor is worthless, triggers falsely, and needs to be disabled for complex prints - solluable support material can’t be printed: it invariably gets clogged in the Nextruder’s long tube design - the support for technical materials is low, although this high-end printer is bought for industrial maker purposes - printing ASA on the large printbed without enclosure is impossible, this printer should come standard with enclosure - on several delicate prints ( such as flex materials), my MK3S does deliver better prints than the XL - several cheaper printers have come on the market that deliver far more functionality - I dont’t want to have to thinker with the printer continuously, it just needs to deliver and work, reliably - dissapointed in Prusa support

Ordered the Prusa Core One kit along with an extra print sheet and filtration system and various filaments at a good discount (Black month). Came in 3 card boxes only a few days later well packed. Started assemble the printer and despite it take some hours, it is fairly easy as long as you read and follow all instructions carefully at each step. The items are packed in small card boxes and bags and are well marked. Looking forward to start printing very soon.

Drukarka, bezpiecznie zapakowana, dotarła szybko do Polski i wszystko było w najlepszym porządku. Z synami spędziłem ciekawe i zabawne chwile przy składaniu drukarki w całość, a dziś cieszymy się fantastycznymi wydrukami. Sporą część drukarki składali samodzielnie synowie (osiem i dziesięć lat), nie popełnili żadnego błędu, także brawa za instrukcję. Jakość podzespołów jest bardzo dobra, instrukcje jasne i zrozumiałe, wsparcie na stronie znakomite. Zero uwag, wszystko przebiegło od początku zamówienia znakomicie,a drukarka działa wyśmienicie. Jestem wdzięczny całemu Waszemu zespołowi, wykonujecie znakomitą pracę...

Delivery was speedy and reliable. This CORE ONE was the first 3D printer I ever assembled, and I have to say it was fantastic fun. I am by far not an expert, I just like to tinker in my limited free time, but with the great instructions + community I managed without any major challenges. Then turning it finally on and printing, was an amazing experience. The printer itself is excellent from my point of view (though I do not have comparison with other modern 3d printers). The ecosystem of connected printer, slicer, app, printables is fantastic and super user friendly. I am hooked.

Super hochwertiger Drucker und genau so gut ist die Aufbauanleitung. Macht richtig Spaß und ist einfach mega gut und verständlich aufbereitet (wenn man sich etwas zeit lässt und alles durchliest, auch die Kommentare). Großes Lob an Prusa für die Entwicklung und Verkauf vom Build Kits und Druckern mit dieser Qualität - weiter so! 👍 👍 👍

Print quality has been great so far and no complaints there, but this product was no well put together and arrived dusty and dirty. The panels were not fitted right (some are slightly small) so the plastic rivets had come off, and it seemed the prusa factory had avoided attempting to put rivets in about half of the holes because of this. For a prebuilt 3D printer of this price point, it was disappointing, but actually regardless of the pricepoint you'd expect solid fit/finish and cleaned product. Also the clear panels are thin plexiglass which is one reason why they struggle to fit flush with the frame. My suggestion would be to use thicker plexi or like comparibles at this pricepoint use glass.

Ordered a Black Friday deal for the core one and didn’t receive the free filament or camera. I emailed them almost a week ago and they won’t respond to my email. Disappointed…

Ich bin eigentlich langjähriger Prusa-Nutzer, aber der aktuelle Support war eine Katastrophe. Ich hatte ein Anmeldeproblem in PrusaSlicer 2.9.3 und habe alles genau beschrieben – inklusive Screenshots und Seriennummer (mehrfach!). Trotzdem wurde ich in fast jeder zweiten Mail wieder nach denselben Informationen gefragt. Offenbar liest dort niemand richtig mit. Nach Wochen des Hin und Her bekam ich schließlich nur eine Standardantwort: „Das ist ein Windows-Problem.“ – völlig am Thema vorbei. Keine echte Hilfe, keine Lösung, nur Textbausteine. Am Ende hat mir ChatGPT in fünf Minuten mehr geholfen als der offizielle Prusa-Support in mehreren Wochen. Fazit: Tolle Drucker, aber der Support ist leider Zeitverschwendung.
