Perfection, on Time.
Great product quality from Prusa, but the return/reclamation process needs improvement - a lot. Missing parts and return handling is tideous and took far too long. Love the hardware — but the service experience is not yet on the same level.
This was a great expérience, and i recommand it, good quality, i enjoy it.
The order arrived within a week. The contents and packaging are excellent! Thank you PRUSA!
Smooth delivery - easy installation
3D printers you can buy for the money.I own three of them.I owned 3 minis before that and I sold them to people and they still use them.'Cause I wanted the bigger machine. Which machine they have? Highly recommend this product.
good packaging, good products, time before shipping was longer than expected
