Zakupiłem za punkty Prusa filament na oficjalnym sklepie i jestem bardzo zadowolony z zamówienia! Mimo że zamawiałem z Czech do Polski to nie było z przesyłką żadnego problemu. Jedynym problemem jest to, że ich filamenty są nie warte ceny 2,5 raza drożej niż inne chińskie dosyć dobre produkty.

Prusa is exactly how a company should be. You buy a product that is designed to last. If something breaks, customer support helps me and I get replacement parts. For all plastic parts, I have the choice of ordering them or manufacturing them myself using the freely available data. The instructions for troubleshooting or repair are also very good and detailed.

The purchase went well, although there were some post-purchase issues: - problems with the 3D printer - quite a long wait for an email response (over a week despite the promised 3 days) - resolving the issue via online chat took over 9 hours. Ultimately, the problem turned out to be the nozzle, which they initially refused to replace but eventually agreed to.

Order showed up on time. But Prusa tax is getting less and less wort it compared to the competitions offerings.

I just received the Core One. It is my second Prusa printer. I started printing immediately with tests to evaluate performance. It exceeds my expectations. It is not only the speed increase but the quality of the prints and filament management. I was only somewhat disappointed that the Galaxy Black filament I also ordered, did not arrive. I also love the clean ordering process and fast delivery of the printer.

Very few problems. A little tinkering with the carriage, and it worked fine. The instructions were clear on assembly.

Best product ever and very efficient in time delivery!

I am currently building my Prusa one. I had a couple of issues: the manual that some incontinency (add-on for the Camera with the Zip ties) and the cable organization was a little messy. I also had to alter one of the metal frame as the through holes did not align with the base and was off by .5mm.

Delivered on schedule. 3rd print loud clicking from front right corner. Issue taken with CHAT - belts adjusted as requested. Now intermittent auto home issue where it continuously runs auto home. Advised to install next firmware RC version. I still have to do this. For a new machine out of the box this is below expectations.

Great products and service

I have placed ordering more times and always everything goes fine. The instructions attached to the orderings are clear and easy to follow. The parts fit and alaign perfectly. Prusa has great products and the latest developments has advanced features. I have more 3d printer and all of them Prusa. By this I cannot compare the printing process, setting, maintenance of other brands only the outcome and it is the most of the times better than any other manufacturers. That makes me easy to make business or strenghten my position. The settings, printing, maintenance have just minimal capacity request from my side and I can focus on other things. So Prisa printers are really good and useful mates doing their job silently without complain and complication.

It is in general great! However, there is 1 Nextruder out of 5 that crashes all times, which should have happened. I try to fix it with no clear leads so far.
