Really bad connection with my password did not activate and could not get any response or feedback will not use them again
You often see Saga mentioned for the over 50s, tried their car insurance quote, and it was £150 more than a lot of comparble sites, they don't offer any more, but they charge you £150 more, what a rip off.

Cannot get through to Saga on phone to tailor the insurance to my specific need ss someone aged 70 and disabled. This used to be Sagas unique selling point. I've list confidence. I renewed online but not a perfect fit fir my needs. Likely to buy elsewhere on renewal

Dealt with SAGA for a recent travel claim after being mistreated and deceived by TUI. The Agent we dealt with Joshua T was absolutely brilliant and could not done anymore to help us out. He expressed sympathy, empathy and made the whole process much easier than we expected. The claim once we had submitted our documents was paid out promptly without any hassle or problems. Thanks.
