I have been with Saga for several…years. Im not 100% sure of the date of the experience,but it was last week sometime.
I have been with Saga for several years. I feel that they have the time and patience for we 'older' clients. The person was very helpful and patient, and answered my questions well. I feel that Saga looks after, and helps the old clients, who, when they first took motor insurance - in my case over 60 years ago- always did it by post or phone call. We didn't have computers in those days! It was much more personal, and, in fact many of us would take out insurance in a office - with a person and not a phone call or computer. We could then ask questions more easily.
