I ordered a part that indicated 1 - 3 days delivery. (Wheel Adapter). After a few days, I tried to log in and the password would not authenticate) I have requested multiple times for the password to be reset, as well as querying the status of the order (Over 2 days). I still have not even had an email. I tried to call, and it just rings, no answer. I went on the website 6 days later after ordering and to see why the delay, to now see the part i ordered
has a 20+ waiting period. I need a direct email address, as it seems the website contact is not working.
Update 23 May 2023: I did get an answer via email after trying to call 3 times and multiple email submissions to their webpage (Only electronic access). The third time I got through on the phone, with being told they don't do business in English (The message I read into the "discussion). If you run an international page, surely you should accommodate the business language of the world, or at least do not give multilingual options on the webpage. We would then choose to not do business with a company who doesn't want to entertain a language outside their ability. I did get a credit as I cannot wait so long for a part. Initially they advertised 1 to 3 days for the particular part, and the only reason I bought from them, as other suppliers have a long back order as well. This info on their website was changed later, hence me trying to make direct contact.
I also made multiple requests to reset my password, as I could not access my account, and to date, no reset option was sent for me. So I cannot even give them another try even if I wanted to, as my account is inaccessible.
I hope they take these reviews and try learn from them, as there is clearly an area of improvement for their company. Good luck RRD.
