Quality parts and service
I wanted to do an engine swap on my moped and ordered all my parts from RRD-Preparation. The parts where all of high quality and they made sure they had some good recommendations for what I wanted to do. After getting all my parts I started putting everything together and noticed I had quite a lot of questions for the technical customer service related to the order, but also just related to the moped. And even after I asked a lot of questions about several problems they kept replying within the same day (9 out of 10 times) and kept thinking about possible solutions for my problems. And I'm sure I was a pain in the ass... ;) To be very honest, not everything with my orders went as smooth as it could have gone, no mayor issues but definitely some minor ones, but they where very good with their service when I made clear what the problems where and offered me very reasonable solutions to fix their mistakes in a very short time as well. And I think that is the most important part, mistakes can happen, but good service is a must and they definitely delivered on that part! Without them my moped wouldn't be running at all. I am definitely ordering with them again when I will need to!
