Today I contacted Royal London to discuss my pension plan. I spoke with Millie and she was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and professional throughout the call and I would be happy to talk to Millie again if and when I need to talk to Royal London in the future.
Althouh I found some of the documents a little confusing - the staff talked me through any problems and everything went very smoothly.

What matters most is not when a company gets something wrong, it's how they hold themselves accountable and resolve the situation and in my case Royal London went over and above to resolve my problem. I'm extremely impressed with the way they addressed my query, swiftly investigated, upheld my complaint and looked to compensate me with a generous gift. The reason that I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that their website is still awful
