Worst experience, recommend to stay away. They look opportunities to earn more money with hidden policies and restrictions..be careful.

Great prices, quick transaction!

Was hit with an extra $100 because you made insurance mandatory. You need to announce this policy front and center on your website! My reservation was a Jeep but you were out when I arrived and had to settle for a Nissan Kicks. Your employee said they cannot apply a discount for this. The shuttle did not arrive in time so I had to take Uber to the airport. Will steer clear of Routes in the future.

La única agencia que pide licencia internacional, ya estando en el mostrador busca pretextos para no rentarte el auto, como si no fuera ese su negocio, te niegan el servicio con la mano en la cintura, no contestan el teléfono nunca, el servicio de todos lados es pésimo, estoy seguro que sus reseñas positivas son dejadas por ellos mismos, evítales a toda costa.

We had a good experience at the Orlando office, unfortunately I did not get the gentleman's name as they did not have a name tag or desk sign. I was prepared with my paperwork, so everything went just fine with no hassles. They do not take cash or Discovery cards which I was not using but others got turned away from. so my review is be prepared and things will be fine, Good experience. I'd recommend this company just be prepared.

It said nothing about limited kilometres when I read the web page. Only when I received my confirmation. It stayed 200km per day and $0.2 for any overage.

Great company great customer service.

The date selection on the website is atrocious. I tried both Chrome and Edge and had the same result. The dates selected days next to the selected day. Get your IT people to design something simple and elegant. It is not just you, but the fancier the web-designers try to be the less usable the sites are.

ZERO STARS! DO NOT RENT FROM ROUTES THEY ARE A SCAM! I needed a truck for the week so I reserved one and paid in full including insurance, in advance! But when I arrived at their location in Denver they would not rent me the pick up truck I paid for, but gave me an suv which didn't work at all for moving the items I needed to move. And when I told the agent I didn't need ANY insurance I was fully covered I assumed that's how he entered the information. But not only did he add FULL coverage he also added road side assistance which I did not request. When I received my second charge on my credit card from them for the same rental (which again was not even what I reserved) And even showed them copies of my original paid invoice with insurance they still couldn't understand and refused to remove the double charge! They ARE CLUELESS. AND A TOTAL SCAM. IF THEIR RATES SEEM CHEAP, THEY ARE NOT! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU DOUBLE AND THEN REFUSE TO REMOVE THE BOGUS CHARGES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!

Cars are always nice and clean,Manny's service is always efficient and the airport shuttle was right on time!
