Excellent service from the sales team when I rang them for a query, even arranging delivery at the same time Delivery was prompt within the 3 working day slot. Delivery drivers were great taking my delivery round the back for me

Inaccurate stock profile on website and inability to fulfil orders. I ordered roof tiles, fittings from roofstores.co.uk as sufficient stock for my job was showing on their website. I paid for the order in full and received an order confirmation showing delivery within 3 days. I then received an email informing me that the material required had been "double booked" meaning despite a) roofstores.co.uk showing the stock, b) me paying for the order in full, c) roofstores.co.uk confirming the order. ....I was still let down.

Website, clear and accurate, helpful over the phone, delivery was as discussed.

Only 20 roof tiles bought this time but 45% broken. These tiles obviously not packed or handled well. Very disappointing after standing hefty delivery charge. Prompt reply from roofstores much appreciated.

Reliable, good service, helpful in delivery and competitively priced. Would use again and would recommend.

excellent product,does what it says nice package,used it for my summer house,fair price compared to other seller ,,all good exept courier (fedex) !!!gives u random day and time for delivery and not reliable!!!! request to seller to use herms or some other couriers plz . thank you

purchased a stainless steel slate ripper it arrived i noted that the blade was powder coated silver i contacted Josh who assured me it was stainless steel not convicted as stainless steel does not require coating i scraped it back to the steel then put water over it the steel rusted contacted Roof store again refused to accept that it was not ordinary steel & because i had scraped it I would loose the cost of P& P shocking service beware.

Couldn’t deliver and refund needed

Really impressed with the product range, we managed to get the item we wanted without having to wait for months on end due to current supply shortages within the industry. The customer service is quick and prompt, can’t fault that at all. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the courier. We had our order moved several times and at one point we were contacted by the courier to say they would be delivering 1800 tiles to us at 7pm on a Friday! Not ideal. And especially a pain when the order is cancelled at the last minute and you’re paying staff wages to help out and offload a delivery that doesn’t show. When you want to contact the courier to discuss they have an automated message explaining that you need to send an email - to which you wait a long time for a reply, which is really general and not specific to your situation. The chap that finally delivered the order from a different courier company was great - perhaps roofstores could use them going forward?

You were very helpful over the phone. Delivery time was excellent. Just one thing , we would have liked a call from delivery driver to say he was on his way. Otherwise great service, will recommend you.

Smooth purchase. Slight quality issue on delivery but soon resolved and replacements were sent quickly with no complications. Thanks guys!

Great Product .Fast delivery .Amounts a little confusing eg (10) ?

I am not a roofer by trade, due to Covid times tile stocks are sparse across roofing merchants. Roof Store had stock and had the tiles at a great price. Delivery was easy and friendly, but after delivery I realised I had ordered the wrong profile tiles. I contacted Roof Store - Josh H (eCommerce Sales Administrator), who was totally understanding and extremely helpful, he has arranged for collection and a refund. Its people like him who make a company. Many thanks for all his help. Cheers Paul
