Really good outfit will use again.

Easy to order and very quick delivery

No customer service what so ever. Took my money and clearly had no stock. Did not communicate with me at all. I had to ring several times to find out where my order was and then asked for a refund as they could not deliver it. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

A very big thank you to Josh and all at Roof Stores for their superb service. The delivery guys UPN also deserve a mention for being so considerate with the delivery. Thank you all I would have no hesitation in either using you again or recommending to others.

Good quick speedy delivery well within expected time, even though one of the three rolls went on a 250mile detour! Generous length in the roll. Easy to handle and lay. No problems at all.

Paid for delivery within 3 working days and the goods still haven’t arrived plus no confirmation that the courier has picked up my order, have emailed to follow up but no response as yet (days 5 after order) . Getting a little concerned but hanging in there

Very happy with the service provided, delivery was a lot faster than the estimated date, and the material ordered was good. Price was good, and very happy overall.

I ordered a number of items and paid for them believing them to be in stock, a couple of days later I received an email stating that the website had problems and the items that I had ordered would not be available for 12 weeks. Waste a couple of hours of my time dealing with the order not impressed

Great service and reasonable prices too

The email which I received from them said that on Monday I will have my order but I received on Thursday. I wouldn’t recommend to any of my friends.

Checked stock was in and ordered online. No issues straightforward. Delivery within 3 days (ordered friday evening delivered wednesday). Called by courier and they left it in a perfect location, couple of cracked tiles (as expected) so had ordered 5 extra as contigency. Best bit was they had the stock and delivery in the stated time. can't ask for more.

I ordered roof tiles, however, some were broken on delivery . On contacting sales they quickly agreed to send replacements immediately .
