I am not a roofer by trade
I am not a roofer by trade, due to Covid times tile stocks are sparse across roofing merchants. Roof Store had stock and had the tiles at a great price. Delivery was easy and friendly, but after delivery I realised I had ordered the wrong profile tiles. I contacted Roof Store - Josh H (eCommerce Sales Administrator), who was totally understanding and extremely helpful, he has arranged for collection and a refund.
