I am so happy with every stage of the process. We had consistent updates and all our question were answered promptly. Every person we dealt with was professional and polite.

Everything went as planned but it was hard communicating with the driver. Had to have his son interpret over a phone to communicate and understand when vehicle would get there
RoadRunner was a no nonsense company. Quoted the job. Communication before pick up, day of pick, day of drop off was great. Car was picked up in Massachusetts 1/9/25 & delivered to California 1/13/25 Driver was professional & polite. I would definitely recommend & use them again.
Definitely one of the best vehicle transport experiences I've had, communication was a little rough but it all worked out great, high dollar vehicle arrived fast and in perfect condition .
I was told a driver would pick up a vehicle and give me a 3 hour window on a specific day. I never received the window. I called to check on a pick up window and I was told that I would get an email with the driver's number for contact because the office would be closed. I never received a text or email. The first call was over 23 minutes on hold. The second call the following day 2 was over 18 minutes. When I asked to receive a confirmation within 60 minutes the following day I was told that would not happen. I told her that I would like to cancel and receive verification of cancelation. She hung up on me. I did not receive a confirmation of a refund until I called customer service again and explained the situation and that I would be writing a review.
Could not have been easier on both legs of the trip.

My pick up and delivery of my car was on time for both. I got my car in the same condition as I had for pick up. The cost was affordable.
I had two trucks shipped to Arizona using RoadRunner Auto Transport, the trucks showed up on time for pickup and on time for the delivery. I have used RoadRunner in the past and will continue to use them for all of my car transport needs. I would definitely recommend them. Thank You again RoadRunner!! -Mike
This is my second time using this car shipping service, from NC to IL. This driver was very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend this driver to anyone. My car made it safe and sound to its location, in a timely manner.
These guys are PRO. I had a brand new 80k RAM truck, a BMW 530e and a Honda Clarity delivered from California to Arkansas. Everything went perfectly. The driver was in direct communication at key points throughout the process. In my particular case, I live in a rural home and the car carrier was unable to access my home directly. The driver and I arranged to meet at a Walmart SuperCenter parking lot a few miles away to deliver. AND they were able to deliver earlier than promised and that saved me almost $1000 on my car rental cost. I could not be more pleased and I recommend Roadrunner 100%.
the worst Unreliable and unethical Thery do not answer their multiple phone numbers and when they do Ralph is nasty and increase the price. They donot honor their promised pickup date

Avoid at all costs. They make many promises but once you sign on with them they have poor communication and get openly irritated when you try to ask questions. They canceled my original contract with them then raised the price on me. Delayed me for 2 weeks until I finally canceled and used another company. These people are very predatory. Edit Reservation #R15113205 I contacted you on the 18th and specified any date was fine. They quoted me $1100 and said they would pick up in 2 days and deliver that week. Then I didn't hear from anyone for a week and my contact would not call me back. When I left Steve a message about canceling I finally got a call from someone saying they had a driver, it would be $1200 and they would pick up the next day and deliver that week. Fifteen minutes after I got off the phone with him (and he charged my card) I got a message saying they had to cancel and could not pick up my car. When I called I got a very rude man who would not say anything more than they would let me know when they found another driver. Three days later with no word from y'all and no one would return my call, I canceled.

Max gave us great service. Delivered our car when promised in perfect condition. Just a suggestion. A great enhancement would be an app that allowed customer to see location of the transport vehicle. Maybe not feasible. Just a thought!
