The whole process for shipping my car was very simple and straightforward from making my initial call for information to placing my order/contract. All the representatives I spoke to were very pleasant and, above all, helpful. Even when the first scheduled pick-up didn't work out, the lady I spoke with was very helpful and prompt in getting me a new shipment. AND the new shipment had the arrival date at the other end. All the drivers I worked with were equally helpful, especially the second one. He made things come together on the ground with no concerns or delays,

This company exceeded all expectations. I was told my car would be picked up and delivered the exact same time as the estimated dates. The driver even picked up my car from the garage after we sold our house in Texas, then delivered it in the driveway of the new home in Ohio. This was not any bait and switch techniques. Amazing service.
