It was easy to navigate the website and find the trip we wanted and book the date and other details.

We had to chase the company up for confirmation of our booking which was finally received 5 days after our booking and payment. In total we had to phone 4 or 5 times. Also we received a quote several days after booking for something that we had not requested.

Really easy booking process with very helpful agent who was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. If the trip is as good as the booking process it will be amazing

Easy, clear

I spoke to Laurie Mathieson to book my holiday (Malta Uncovered), who was extremely helpful. He explained that their seat allocation from Bristol had been used up so he would need to request a seat for me. He rang back later to let me know that a seat was booked but there would be an extra cost, which I was happy to accept. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Have just booked a river cruise for the Rhine & Moselle rivers with Lynda, she was extremely helpful and informative. Would recommend.

Easy to follow booking process.

I made an enquiry by phone about the holiday and then went on to book the holiday there and then rather than completing my booking online. The lady on the phone was very helpful, courteous and efficient.

We decided to book another cruise with Riviera Travel. Having experienced 1st class service on their River Cruises we thought we would venture to the Ocean ship class. Efficient booking process. First call spoke to a very friendly and helpful agent who calculated the single cost and reserved the dates. I did not have to wait the estimated 5 days for the hotels to confirm availability. I was called back as promised by the original agent who was again very helpful and friendly so we were able to confirm the booking.

Very efficient booking on the phone of another holiday with Riviera.

I tried to book on line on a Sunday, but had to phone as the transaction couldn't go through. The reason was due to seats not being available on the Gatwick flight. I phoned on the Monday and had to pay £80 fee to change my booking when the seats became available for some reason. The operators were very polite and helpful.

Friendly and efficient representative on the phone. Dealt easily with my booking and answered my questions. I am really looking forward to my holiday in September.
