Efficient booking process
Efficient booking process. First call spoke to a very friendly and helpful agent who calculated the single cost and reserved the dates. I did not have to wait the estimated 5 days for the hotels to confirm availability. I was called back as promised by the original agent who was again very helpful and friendly so we were able to confirm the booking.
