Didn’t feel pressure to book & was given time to ask questions . Felt I was respected as a customer.

Andrew at Riviera made our booking experience very easy we are a bit of a mad group of 4 friends but he was very patient with us even though it took us so long to organise everything. We also then the next day decided to change the date of our departure and this was delt with very quickly and with no problems at all . Great efficiency from the staff .

As always Riviera booking is easy.The staff know their product,give advice during discussion and the booking mechanism is now so efficient. We have had other than a first class holiday from Riviera.Two booked already for this year

Easy to book Helpful customer sales

I have just returned from New Zealand from my best holiday ever. The itinerary was well planed and very busy but that is essential. Hotels were excellent. Tour Manager and Driver Guide gave us the benefit of their knowledge and experience to make sure we had an unbeatable holiday. There were great visits to a terrific range of sights. I was very impressed. The scenery was spectacular. The weather was mostly good. A couple of wet days didn’t curtail our enjoyment at all.
