The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.The organising throughout the holidays is always excellent and reassuring. The hotels are first class and the cabins and food on board the river boats are really 4*.

So I spoke to Elaine who booked it for us. The ladies were lovely and friendly and I felt we have made the right choice for our first voyage.

Having sailed and travelled with Riviera and other companies over many years, Riviera remains unrivalled. My only slight complaint is being placed in a long phone queue which was never answered, and I requested a call back which never was given. However, after a couple of hours I tried again, and so pleased I did because my call was answered by Sales Exec Laurie Mathieson who could not have been more helpful. The right person in the right job. From answering all my questions to taking my booking, this gentleman was with me all the way., I'm only sorry he can't come on holiday next year with me!
