I have recently booked a short holiday with Riviera Travel. The whole process was made easy by the friendliness and professionalism of the booking agent. She explained the steps and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. This will be our fifth holiday with Riviera. I think that says that we have faith in the company.

DO NOT BOOK CABIN NO 18 on the MS Adriatic Sun. My friends and I experienced a holiday on Riviera’s luxury yacht cruise of Croatia. Unfortunately my friend and I ended up with cabin number 18. The engine noise was so loud that we had to shout at each other to be heard and it’s no fun when the engines start at 5am! Not my idea of luxury.

I normally book online but this time I phoned because I wanted to ensure there would be two double rooms available for single occupancy for myself and my friend before booking separately. Very efficient service, I made my booking and they took my friend's details so they knew to link us together when she phoned to book. The follow-up online 'paperwork' is very clear.

The gentleman on the booking line was lovely and friendly. Unfortunately, when the invoice came through, there was a mistake with prices, with one person at full price, and the other much cheaper. It has been sorted, of course, but I would love to have had the trip at the reduced price that was quoted; that would really have made my holiday! price.

As always Riveria, always go the extra mile. From assistance to selecting where we wanted to go to go through to guidance about baggage transfers nothing was too much trouble.

First time using Riviera and booking process was long on the telephone. Asked for all 4 travellers to be able to access the booking but this was not put in place which took another phone call to rectify. Also had a shock with the extra air fare costs on top of brochure prices.

Very helpful and informative booking agent, allowing me to make my choices at my own pace.

Holiday booking was professionally managed by Sharon. She has a very good knowledge of the Malayesia tour and provided answers to my many questions. Based on my experience, I would very happy recommend Riviera Travel.
