Having sailed and travelled with Riviera and other companies over many years, Riviera remains unrivalled. My only slight complaint is being placed in a long phone queue which was never answered, and I requested a call back which never was given. However, after a couple of hours I tried again, and so pleased I did because my call was answered by Sales Exec Laurie Mathieson who could not have been more helpful. The right person in the right job. From answering all my questions to taking my booking, this gentleman was with me all the way., I'm only sorry he can't come on holiday next year with me! Thank you Laurie, you deserve a pay rise and a promotion
