Mr Laurie Mathieson and his colleagues at RT were most helpful on the telephone advice service.

We contacted Bethanie via the chat option with our request for a marriage ceremony on one of the 2026 yacht cruises to Hvar and the islands of north Croatia. She kept in touch and answered all our questions before passing us over to Melanie in the office, who also kept in touch and called me as soon as the 2026 prices were available. We now have our second trip with Riviera organised for June 2026. The company are one of the best I have dealt with and the cruises are amazing, with beautiful ports of call and attentive crew. We would thoroughly recommend taking a trip with Riviera

We tried to book a holiday with Riviera travel on 12th March online but could get the system to take our payment. I rang the telephone number for customer queries which was answered quickly by a lovely, pleasant helpful lady who took all our details and payment and processed our holiday within minutes. What great customer service, so good to speak to a human to sort out a problem.
