I rang to reserve and then book a holiday. Riviera made it very easy. The lady I spoke to was helpful and friendly.

Having been on 3 previous holidays with Riviera, my wife and I were keen to try a 'River Cruise'. All the information was on their website and we were able to choose the cruise we wanted. We then spoke to Laurie Mathieson on the phone who organised everything for us, made sure we were completely happy and gave us contact details in case of any further queries. Very happy indeed

Really quick and easy. The agent took my 10% discount offer after the Douro Cruise and I used it to upgrade on the Eurostar train to Bruges/Brugge on 21st May.

My booking experience was very good other than the annoyance that there is no way of accessing Riviera UK Tours website from Canada. Once I contacted Riviera by email a lovely lady emailed me the itinerary and specifics of the tour I was interested in, and then phoned me at a convenient time to seamlessly process my booking.

He was very prompt at sending through the information we chatted about and once I had decided to confirm the booking he dealt with it efficiently. I am now looking forward to a trip to Japan with my husband and friends.

A really enjoyable experience. The phone was picked up after one ring! All my questions were answered professionally and confidently. There was no pressure to make a hasty decision, and lots of opportunity to explore different options. The booking process and personal options were easy to process and we got exactly the holiday we wanted.

Terrible service on board recent cruise. Riviera staff were rude and surly. They did nothing to make the experience unique or joyful. All I saw one of them do was eat and drink. Tour was boring. I wouldn't call it a river cruise as we only moved at night, which felt more like being on a cross channel ferry. In the morning you were moored up next to two ships either side and couldn't see a thing despite having a full window. I would advise not to bother with cruising with Riviera unless you like being treated badly.

My call was to book a river cruise, and was answered by Amanda. She efficiently took down all the necessary information, and our holiday was booked in no time. Easy peasy.

Amanda was very good at answering all of my questions, and when she said she would make contact she did. This makes a refreshing change. Woukd recommend Riviera, as I've been with them a few times, and they excel at every turn.
