An established, well organised Company

A Company which has time and patience with its customers. I dealt with Laurie who was courteous and knowledgeable. Pleased to answer any questions during booking process. Travelled with Riviera previously and also with another cruise line, which I would not use again. Hence re-booking with Riviera.
