The email response was no help at all. I don't use my phone for anything. This problem is via my MACBook. I don't use Chrome or Safari. This problem is nothing to do with the laptop, but your end. It has worked yesterday and most of today, now it's not working, again, despit the machine only being asleep, and not logged out of Rightmove. It's been doing this one and off almost all month, and I am so sick of it!

The process and service provided by the rightmove was excellent - specifically Natalie Roberts. There were a few hiccups on my side, however Natalie was able to help me solve them quickly and she made the whole process very smooth and efficient! Referencing and processing was done within a day.

I am a new business and was going to use Right move as a platform for rentals and sales. I called them earlier in the week and no one has called back. I sent an email and also spoke to a guy and left my details. Its weird looks like they don't want any new business. Might have to go to Zoopla and see what they can do for me.

I emailed a Rightmove.com estate agent about a property that states it's a shared flat even though it a one bedroom. They asked me to verify my email which I did. They sent the reply to my X's email.from the estate agent. The estate agent didn't answer the questions with a simple explanation of the type of property instead gave a list of his own question. I wouldn't use rightmove.com again. It was a nasty domestically abusive towards me relationship. N now that another area I can not move to.

As a guarantor for a rental, it was a painful experience to work with Rightmove Tenant Referencing. They gave incomplete and conflicting information/requests to the tenant. After many days of toing and froing I sent them my employment contract and a form that they could have shared right from the start - finally the reference was complete, but there was a lot of stress and unnecessary requirements in the process. I asked for an email address to complain to. Surprise, surprise, no response to that hence this post on Trustpilot. Not a good company to work with - be prepared for frustration if your landlord/estate agent insists on gaining references this way

I find the options to narrow down searches very useful, with one notable exclusion: there's no way to filter out holiday homes/park homes/chalets from search results. There is an option to search for Park Homes, but they are not excluded from, for example, searches for other types of property such as detached or bungalows. It is possible to exclude New Homes, Buying Schemes etc., so why not Park Homes and similar? It would save ploughing through a list and Xing out all the park homes and chalets.

I’m never experienced such poor and unprofessional customer service from a business especially an FCA regulated business whom never call back and then share personal information with other family members without consent. The referencing department need to review their processes

With a horrific impending housing crisis, myself and my partner William, are in the midst of finding our first place as a couple in West London. Needless to say, it's been a nightmare. Some of these agencies go above and beyond to make to feel like a commodity to landlords, and it's really unpleasant. Rightmove's software to support background checks and tenant referencing was a much-needed refreshing experience. The checks are necessary, but not invasive. And the language they use is much better than other platforms, such as GoodLord. Mark Stewart was a rockstar, so when he called me with a question, I requested a feedback link to give him and the wider RightMove team a big 5 star review. Thanks again for being on our side, as tenants, in a difficult industry time. Appreciate being treated like a human being!

Seriously impressive service - invitation to pass in 4hrs same day! Haven't rented for decades but after selling our home we decided to rent. Our lettings agent uses Rightmove to reference tenants so both my spouse & I were sent individual links (via mobile & pc) this morning to fill in our personal, work and financial data. One was completed via text link, the other via email link. Easy to do but make sure you have all your data to hand beforehand. Not much between the experiences. Overall it was a breeze. We did have a couple of issues to query so phoned up, miracle of miracles the phone was answered with 3 rings! We dealt with Tonicha and she was a superstar - like lots of people our income is from multiple sources, she answered all our queries about how best to complete the form and had loads of helpful advice. We sent the docs password-protected over email and Tonicha phoned us to say she'd received them and if there was anything else we needed to provide - 2 email runs were sufficient. So much so that they were able to issue a PASS notice to the lettings agent about an hour ago. So start to finish with queries etc took 4hrs on the same day. Service with Tonicha's level of efficiency and helpfulness is really rare these days so Rightmove and Tonicha both deseve a big shout out. Seriously impressive.
