Great customer service, you couldn't ask for better.
Very frustratingly useless search function. Tried searching more than 4 different roads in different areas with houses for sale and it couldn't find any of the roads at all. Had to search the whole town to find them.
Tenant referencing with Rightmove.co.uk is a total waste of space & time, trying to be a guarantor for my step son & they want to know the in's & out's of everything, calculating MY income & telling me I'm wrong based on 3mths shown, go direct to the landlord SO much less hassle, a week now & still nothing
Whoever was the genius to enforce the ReCaptcha i.e. select the dolphin 5 times before you even check if the password was correct should be immediately fired!!! No Google or Apple login either!!! Once you fix this madness I'll be more than happy to change the review of I still use the website. Anyway, got so annoyed and disappointed that I started using Zoopla now. Not sure if you know the statistics but > 90% of people will just never come back and will never complain.
As an estate agent, Rightmove have been brilliant not only as a marketing tool but for the educational tools. Its features far exceed other marketing portals. Whenever I have an issue I can call the helpline and get instant response. They also offer training sessions for using the website to its full potential which has been so valuable for us as an independent agent.

Terrible website - they're very happy to waste flat buyer's time Rightmove is a terrible website for flat buyers, as very few flats include the most important details, such as the annual service charge and annual council tax costs. I'm also looking for a flat with a balcony and lift. You cannot search by any of these criteria; even though it is very simple improvement to implement. The only way to find a flat with a balcony and lift is to click into every single listing... well, it's pretty insulting that Rightmove think that people have nothing better to do! I have been using a competitor's website as it allows me to enter keywords and also search for a balcony. Every time I have run a search, I have had to click into each individual property to look for the annual service charge, only to then find it's not there. This is a really important factor for flat-hunters and I'm fed up with estate agents omitting this essential information. I then have to email the agents and give them all of my details just to obtain the service charge, which then turns out to be extortionate. I currently pay 5K per year on my service charge and 2K on council tax. I wish to move somewhere to reduce my costs but so far I have clicked into around 60 properties and only a handful had the service charge. This is why I'm giving Rightmove one star as they're very happy to waste potential buyers time by not insisting estate agents enter this crucial information, which the agents already have.
Terrible. They're meant to notify me instantly every time a property is posted with my criteria, but rarely do.

The de facto site for property but the web site is a living example of how not to create a user-friendly site. The site is completely non-intuitive. If Rightmove wants to improve they need to employ a professional site designer.

The technical problem I was having with the site has been solved. There was a glitch with my email and their tech' team fixed it within a few days.
They spontaneously do what they want, deleted my ad for the sale of my apartment just because on another site the agent sells the same apartment on his own behalf. Yes, I myself sell it in the same way and the agency from which I bought an apartment also sells it, but on a different site. On this basis, they considered it a business, and closed my ad, for which I paid £ 130 Conversation with R.S. Contracts Coordinator
They have persevered with me as I am not very good with technical things. Nothing was too much bother and they have been very patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I forgot to say it was Natalie who dealt with me. Thanks
I tried to set up account but my email address is invalid . After many checks to make sure there were no mistakes in email address still no change After contacting Rightmove with the same email address , I was told they're not sure why this has happened , disappointed that I have no answers .
