Excellent service so far
Applied over bank holiday weekend for referencing - had a text today as there something outstanding. Jack Rowntree dealt with this immediately and resolved the issue. Very pleased with service so far. Only downside is there is no way to track the progress of my application like I has on previous tenancy checks with other companies.
