Absolutely fantastic experience, all queries and / or problems were resolved in a very timely manner. First time using Rightmove. Working with Alice to prepare my references has been both efficient and overall enjoyable. She was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the entire process and I couldn't ask for better help. I'm grateful for how much time and effort went in to helping me get through this process as a first time prospective tenant. Thank you very much.

Amy Dale was just amazing, she was so kind and supportive. My referencing was completed within a few hours which just made my life so much easier.

I had difficulty crossing the reference hurdle (for a new tenancy) as my financial proof of savings came from a reputable bank with account criteria that was not commonplace. Also, the bank had erred in setting up my accounts on-line ... they had not linked my accounts on-line so it took extra care and intelligence on the part of the RightMove assessor to understand the documentation (which was issued quarterly, not monthly). I was lucky that Lewis Henderson was managing my application file. He understood the documentation met the criteria but he needed to shepherd that information thru the RightMove Referencing "boxes". Without Lewis, I doubt my application would have been successful. Huge credit goes to Lewis Henderson!

Put in my application to rent a property. Wanted an employer reference which after chasing was sent to them. They blocked the emails after getting my employer to send multiple. Wouldn’t except me FWD the email even though I rung about this multiple times and they said that would be ok. Have spent hours on the phone with no help on how to move forward in this situation. Just made me go around in circles. I have spent the last 6 days trying to sort it while trying to juggle looking after a 4 month old. Just want it sorted. I will never be going through this company again. They are rude and unhelpful.

I engaged Genesis City to sell my property on Rightmove earlier this year, but after deciding not to proceed, I informed them to delist the property on June 22, 2023. To my dismay, I discovered the property reposted on October 4, 2023. Upon notifying Genesis City on October 25, 2023, they attributed it to a possible system error, stating they were investigating internally and reaching out to Rightmove. Despite their assurance, I've received no updates, leaving me uncertain whether the issue lies with Rightmove or an error on the part of this property agency.

Emy was great help and resolved in one morning all of the difficulties.

I Use Zoopla most of the time because I can't filter auctions and Zoopla shows the price in the maps module which makes really useful to work by budget

Amazing service for my tenancy check I was accepted for a property subject to references on Saturday. Today, Monday, heard from Rightmove and entered the details required. Was unsure how easy my part would be as I am self-employed and I had to send bank statements etc. Everything was completed the same day by mid-afternoon as I heard from the letting agent all good to go. I was expecting it to take several days, not hours! Thank you SO much for getting us past this stressful stage so quick

I have been dealing with an extremely difficult and sensitive situation on behalf of my 85 year old father, whom has found himself in rented accommodation. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lewis Henderson an agent of Rightmove, his professionalism, empathy, and help was second to none, a true credit to his company and a man who will go far in his professional life.

They always respond quickly and are happy to help.

Great experience of having my references and credit/ finances checked for our new rental property. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better at a time that feels a bit stressful!

Saved properties to either look at or buy. Once these properties are sold, you cannot remove them from your saved folders on the site. Right move get a grip, sort your lives out and check your website. Tried to follow your instructions. But one big problem: No "select properties. Even after removing the heart on each property and refreshing the page. They are still there....

I am acting as a guarantor for a young friend. Rightmove processed her & my applications with commendable efficiency.

Was very quick, agent kept me and the letting agency informed at all times. Only minor detail took a few times to connect my bank account details to the link, but was ok after this.
