Super friendly and knowledgeable. Chris got me set up and ready to roll in no time. Definitely recommend if you're keen to try out an e-bike.
My experience at Zoomos was Amazing. Roberto made sure to explain thoroughly what my monthly plan would look like and what the transition would be from becoming a rental to an Owners
I had many questions. They were all answered, carefully & patiently. And they did so while rather extremely busy. Very friendly people.

Lovely customer service
I think your product and offers are great. I did have some billing and communication issues; However, I dealt with Richard Dacanay back and forth via email. He spent a lot of time following up my issue and and went to great efforts to get the matter resolved. I am very grateful. My only criticism is that it's hard to contact Zoomo directly by phone.
Staff very helpful and polite. Good follow up with us as rental then purchasing customers

They were very nice, and quickly help me with my enquiry. Amazing service
They make the whole rental process easy and the support once you have the bike is exceptional. They really do stand out as being better than the rest of their competitors.
Moderate, not bad.
