I rented an e-moped from Zoomo to use for Uber Eats deliveries, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with any company. I paid £80 for the rental, £15 for insurance/theft c... See more

Brilliant service from the Bethnal team!
Service at shop was welcoming, respectful and considerate. The bike is amazing and was handed over with great instructions/induction and advice. Getting a Zoomo was a big decision for me and I am 100% happy with that decision.
Not very clear about the fees, not clear about the availability of vehicles
Very hard to find someone that can actually help
Battery died midway everyday on full battery, almost got into so many accidents. Bike light doesn’t work. I am charged the wrong subscription, I am not an Uber driver. I never wanted unlimited range. Your stores do not pick up calls and when they do they sound annoyed and tell you to come in to discuss problems. I feel robbed.
great service reliable very useful and adequate
Chris at Zoomo Sydney Central was a pleasure to deal with and the bike I rented was well maintained and very capable. A very good experience.
Everyone at the shop always gives us good treatment five star quality
My bike is always coming up with an error code is the most frustrating thing
Very terrible staff Two girls who serve customers, rough normally do not explain, badly reached us we were friends with us, we arrived at 3 hours before us have been alone, the girl came out and said that we are the last we went at 7 pm, it did not accept and said to come up tomorrow and enrolling the site on the reception, there is no such site on the site. Paid pro we gave the other great affair no prop
Your bikes are reliable and sturdy.Service is friendly and helpful.
Excellent e-bike quality with an affordable weekly price. San Francisco staff was very helpful and had a bike for me with the exact specs/details requested.
Live there team DTLA
I rented an ebike for my gf, she loved it. The bike itself is pretty good
Aside from not knowing about the down payment... I dont have a negative thing to say about zoomo. The bikes, plans, service and staff. I can't recommend this place enough
Its a great bike, people always compliment me on it, and i personally think it dont look that good lol, but anyways its a very simple to use and strong bike, it can resist pressure but to certain degree unlike other ebikes i experimented with in the past.
it's good experience with zoomo, I recommend you provide fast Scheduling times for Repairs and more sleek e bike rentals.
Rented bike is old. Service is worse. For this bike paying total $69.41 weekly not worth it.
Everything been good jus recharging the battery I keep having problems
I got the bike for two weeks free with DoorDash. The first problem I had with the bike, two days after I received it on a Saturday woke up to see the rear tire low. I received the bike with a faulty rear inner tube. Lost 3 days of working with it. Took it on Monday morning morning got it back late in the afternoon. Second problem was the crank wasn't tight enough and starting making the squeaky sound. Instead of going back to your mechanics and loose another day. I took it to my neighborhood bike shop they tighten it up. This was zoomo in Los Angeles, Ca.
Excellent customer service. Reliable staff. Quality product at the time of me writing this review.
