Incredible service. I'm not an easy fit. After getting launched off my 17'3" horse and broke all of my right side ribs (I'm not a youngster either), Catherine has worked painstakingly to get me into an air vest that fits correctly. She never hurries me when I ask questions and has been meticulous in helping me get this right. I won't go anywhere else for my safety equipment. Best customer service experience I've had

Great service. Helpful staff. Quick delivery

First off I love my air vest and Catherine was wonderful and knowledgeable to deal with which made my personal experience pretty good. The only bummer was the fact that the air vest myself and a client ordered strictly due to having a pocket the maker decided to not make anymore. No one told us that or Catherine from my understanding which was annoying but I still like the vest so kept it. However it’s alittle tricky getting off my horse without digging the canister into my saddle. However the biggest disappointment was that when the rep showed up there were no sizes available for most of my clients to try on in the body protector. There were lots of air vest options but a lot of my clients weren’t interested in those initially. I have one client that have now had to send her body protector back going on the second time due to the “sizing chart” still not being accurate. A problem that could have been solved had we just had vest to try on. Plus the cost on shipping my client has had to pay as well is making just trying to get a vest much more expensive. We were also told there would be cheaper options in the $400 range and the rep showed up with only the most expensive options which my clients weren’t prepared for either and immediately upset a few ppl who were planning on only spending the $400. Yes of course they could have tried to order something off the website but as you can see the sizing can be tricky which is why we were all hoping to take advantage of trying stuff on. Overall I think if our rep and some more training on fitting and would have brought more stuff for my clients to try on we likely wouldn’t have had many issues.

I called to consult on sizing. I was advised to order an XL. WAY too big and too long. I need to return. I’d like a label since this was not my fault.

I really needed these magnetic stirrups because of nerve damage from back surgery that has left my left leg almost useless. I was excited to learn that such a thing existed, so I ordered them and waited for their arrival. An email informed me that the package had been delivered, but, to my disappointment, only the insoles were here. I emailed immediately to ask if there were 2 separate packages and should I start tracking the second one. I got an immediate response -- there had been a terrible mistake and only the insoles were shipped! However, they said they would send overnight the stirrups to me and I would have them the next day. True to their word, I got them the next day plus a written apology and a pair of boot socks. It was only a delay of 2 days and they couldn't have been nicer -- they recognized the problem and solved it immediately with no hassle or inconvenience to me.
