Always a great experience shopping with Ride Equisafe 😊

Although I was able to purchase the helmet at a good price point, I am frustrated with this no return policy as I ordered the identical size in the 1K defender helmet that I had previously ordered with the only difference being the new helmet includes the MIPS technology. I was disappointed to learn that despite the inclusion of the MIPS technology, one Kay has chosen to downgrade the quality of the materials for the helmet lining. The new materials for the helmet lining are thinner so my same sized helmet does not fit like my current 1K helmet. Extremely frustrated because there's no way I could know that the new helmets would not fit the same way as the identical sizing in previous years.

Thought there might be supply chain issues since it was coming from Europe, but the product arrived earlier than expected!

Great customer support. I needed to exchange my vest for a smaller one, service was friendly and helpful with the process. They have the latest equipment and are the leaders in riders safety gear. I will be keeping them on my favorite list. Highly recommend them.
