Cathy made buying an air vest extremely easy for me and my 16 year old. Cathy was very patient with all my questions and walked me through the process. I would recommend Cathy and her team anytime for the best experience you can get. I live in a different state and she took the time to call me walk me through the process and I could go on but I think you guys get the point. I would recommend highly.

Excellent experience being fitted for my air vest!
It was not clear when I purchased a helmet that it was not refundable. I contacted the company to exchange the helmet the day after I received it and was told it was NOT REFUNDABLE. Now I have an unworn helmet that is not fit for riding because it is too large. Would have NEVER EVER purchased if it was clear that it was not refundable. It is critical that helmets fit appropriately, if a company is going to sell helmets, there should certainly be accommodations for ill-fitting gear.
Excellent customer service. Really enjoyed the personal chat with Catherine to better understand the product. It arrived quickly and included a gift pair of socks! My only concern was attaching the strap to my endurance saddle. I eventually found a video showing how to attach to a western saddle thru the pommel but it took a while.
Catherine is very knowledgeable about the products she sells and uses herself. We emailed and then set up a video call which was beyond helpful. She asked detailed questions about my riding and experiences. She watched while I took the measurements to be sure that I got them right. There are not many places in Massachusetts that have the varieties and the sizes of body protector vests that Ride EquiSafe has to offer. She helped me refine my choices to 2 vests and the one I really wanted was being phased out & I didn't want to wait for a special order. I found it from another company. But when I got it I could not adjust it to fit comfortably even tho all the measurements were accurate. I realized I had unrealistic expectations and sent it back. I will be returning to Ride EquiSafe to purchase a different style with Catherine's help because I trust her.

The company shipping was great. The product is awful. There is no way to get the boots on unless I am missing something. I need to send them back and just invest in custom boots
The vest is amazing, absolutely zero complaints about that. My complaint is once your cartridge activates and you need to reset your trigger, the information is extremely lacking. No where in the instructions booklet or on the vest hanger, does it tell or illustrate the way you reset the capsule that the ball goes in to for the clip. Your YouTube video is extremely helpful, but it would have been very nice to have seen that illustration on something it reset it at the barn. I had to reach out to my representative to find out that there was a video that shows how to do it.
