They went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I live in Idaho and there's not anything close to the Boise area that carried the vest I wanted nor inflatable safety vest for that matter. I had talked with several other companies before I found Ride Equisafe. The prior companies either didn't know much about the vest I wanted, Free Jump collab with Penelope (which they had in stock) or never got back to me about which size I should get after providing my measurements. Essentially couldn’t answer any of my specific questions on the vest. I resulted to YouTube videos to figure this out on my own (this was my first safety vest) and that's when I found Ride Equisafe. They had several videos on the proper fitting of a safety vest, which were the detail I was looking for. Catherine even texted me directly to help me with my measurements and give a recommendation once I reached out. All the prior questions I had on model year, fit, and updates to the 2023 vest model vs prior year Catherine answered in 5 minutes compared to the several hours with the prior companies. I had several questions about the vest and she answered every single one with patience and care. Customer service seems to be a dying breed these days and not with Ride Equisafe. My entire purchase with them from beginning to end was first class, personable, and well thought out. They have a lifelong customer now!!
