The customer service was excellent. I have recommented RideEquiSafe to other riders. The Penelope fits perfectly and is extremely comfortable. I wish the pocket opening was larger. It's difficult to get my hand in it to retrieve treats.

Catherine took the time to call me to discuss vest options and sizing and later did a video call to confirm the vest fit correctly. I am new to airvests so she pointed me in the correct direction for what I needed as a hunter/jumper rider. When the vest didn't fit quite right, she quickly mailed out the better size after I returned the original one. This was all complicated by me being in Canada making shipping more difficult but she was able to arrange shipping anyway.
The representative was very helpful and informative. She knew her product and advised me ask to which vest was going to work best for me. The product arrived in a timely manner maybe a few days. It was well represented in the box wrapped in beautiful silk paper.
The knowledgeable owner promptly answered my question about which size cartridge to purchase for my daughter's air vest. She's away at college and I wanted her to have 2 back up cartridges in her tack trunk for competitions.

Catherine could not have been more helpful and kind. I was looking for a protective vest (having just broken a rib from another fall) and I probably asked the newbie questions and kept finding other questions. Catherine was patient and so knowledgeable and really gave me the advice I needed. By no means a hard sell and I believe she would have spent as much time with me as I needed, even if I did not buy. With all the internet options and "advice" posts, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone honestly give me the low down on what I needed, given my riding experience, age and "anxiety". I got the vest yesterday evening and Catherine made time for me today (the next day) -- I just got off a video call with her to show her the vest and to make sure that the vest I bought was the right fit. I started the process on July 18 and have my vest today, August 18 (all time was my doing -- asking questions and needind a delay in delivery). I cannot say enough good things about Catherine and RideSafe. Wonderful experience.
