Great customer service. Quick delivery on a OneWheel Pint and quick to rectify a postage error on some accessories (suspect someone at the Post Office was having a bad day 😉)
This company is the best for electric scooters... I will complain about a lot of things check my reviews on food and other products I have bought.. Ride and glide have gone above and beyond on there costomer service I have sent my scooter back due to a default not on there part it has arrived back in 2 days. I would advise buying from this company due to the help they provide on the phone and in the workshop... Cheers guys have a boss new year...

Recently used Ride+Glide for some accessories for my slightly older Onewheel Plus. I ordered the Mafia bag, however I did not like the bag when it arrived. I spoke with Peter on the phone, with no issues refunding the money if I sent the item back. Explained I am in need of a bag with pockets as I am building the Vamp&Ride kit. Super friendly, and knowledgeable regarding Onewheels and Euc. I will be using them again and highly recommend to UK Floaters / EUC-ers!

Recently bought a Zero10x scooter for my husband and pete and pascal were brilliant and help me deal with the mix up with delivery company and ensure we got the scooter delievered the next day, they even helped us afterwards when one wheel inner tube punctured by sending us out new ones Immediately. Best customer service ever will definitely be recommending them and coming back to shop for new products.
