Ride and Glide Reviews

I recently purchased a nami burn e absolutely fantastic machine, it's heavy, fast the acceleration with the turbo on is epic. I live in northern Ireland and my scooter arrived 5days later, paschal was the guy I dealt with and he helped pick the right scooter, what a patient guy. But would diff recommend these guys as they our very knowledgeable and nothing is a problem. Thank u very much.

After my order they really fast about giving your package to the transport company. Edit 22.04.2022. So i editing this, it is important for who buying anything from them out of UK. From Germany i bought one wheel surestance footpad. There is 2-3 option i found and i choice them cause i want to fast as possible. i ask them from live chat (Amy) told me tax like %6. And also i paid for small box 25 pound transport price and i think maybe they doing most of tax thing. But they no idea whats going on. They send me with fedex which this area köln offenburg freiburg they are really bad. They dont care your package. They asking stupid documents and infos about payment which is allready they have it. So this company no idea about transport. they are not worn you cause if you learn about real tax price you dont want to buy anything from them. And also fedex not sending you tax prices before, they send you after so you cant denied. And i had post from fedex it is 45 eur tax for 145 eur product. Yes 145 eur product i need to pay 45 eur tax nice right?%6 ha? This product almost take 20 days transport. that experience totaly was soo bad for me. Out from UK dont buy anything dont pay this nonsense taxes. Another edit: 26.04.2022 25.04.2022 i got email from Mr.Duncan. He told me they wants to pay half of my tax prices thats really kind. First of all i diddnt expect that. That was big suprise for me. They did really good thing that means they care at the some point. So thats why i change my review for mr. Duncan. Thank you.

Great service before and after purchase. Great customer support. Highly recommend, will do more business with Ride and Glide.

Had a puncture on the Dualtron Eagle and struggled to have it fixed. Altough too far away to service the scooter, the Ride + Glide gave very reasuring advice and we purchased a new inner tube from their website. Again, super fast and easy and great customer service.

Fantastic company, I ordered two Escooters before of these guys and couple accessories I ordered a zero 10x and dualtron storm they’re an absolute amazing products and quick delivery (next day), ride and glide knows what they sell. All my future PEVs this is where I’m going to buy from :)

I got a punture in the rear tyre of my Apollo phaytom i rang Ride and Glide for an appointment so that they could repair my punture which was no trouble took to them it was done within an hour. thankyou Ride and Glide.

Really great customer service! Accidentally ordered the wrong item for my daughter and they offered to send a replacement with super fast next day delivery so it still arrived in time for xmas. Will be buying again from this brand :)

Their website had the best price in the market and I knew which scooter i wanted . Immediately i had customer service asking me how could they help and they took me through the procedure to purchase my scooter. The reason they took me through was that it was for internationally delivery therefore more complicated than buying in the Uk .All the process took me 10 minutes.

A great find. A browser search for Shredlights and mounts, Ride + Glide, are trustworthy/ knowledgable pros; quick to respond and have an Amazon-like delivery speed. I'll be using them again.

I'd give R&G far more that 5 stars if it was possible. They sell some of my favourite things and if you're lucky enough to buy something from them it'll be delivered within the blink of an eye. They're a pleasure to deal with every time, and I'm quite sure I'll never have a bad word to say about them. I had to call them up a few weeks ago and they were so polite, friendly and super helpful with my query. I highly recommend Ride & Glide.

Great service from start to finish. Phone calls answered quickly and the advice I received was spot on. Products delivered on time and in great condition. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing team very helpful and very professional, happy with my purchase 👍🏻

Hi, Left with a Wattbike Dutch electric bike. Was very nice to ride. Had to adjust the saddle a little bit as it was a little bit wonky. apart from that, I had a good time.

Brilliant company, went out their way to make sure I received my Shredlights. Would 100% recommend and shop with Ride and Glide again.

Excellent service ! Very friendly and very helpful with any questions or problems you ask I wouldn’t go anywhere else Thank you

Excellent service and fast delivery. Good advice online if needed.

Great website, great team... had a small issue with the scooter when it arrived and the Ride & Glide team helped sort it out quickly. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't go any where else in the UK for Onewheel stuff, the service is excellent

I would highly recommend this company The customer service was very good and the scooter is amazing. I've also referred a few friends. Well done

I would not personally recommend this company due to the way that I feel I was treated recently. I purchased a bike from Ride and Glide, it arrived and I was initially pleased with the transaction. However, once I had taken the bike out for a very short test ride, I felt there were issues, so I contacted Ride and Glide to inform them of what I felt was wrong. Their response was to offer a multitude of choices and I chose to have a repair performed by a third party company which was paid for by Ride and Glide. The bike came back from the third party company and I felt like there were still issues with the bike. I asked for a full refund, and Ride and Glide declined. After numerous instances of contact between me and Ride and Glide, I sent the bike back to Ride and Glide and continued to ask for a full refund. I decided to get acquainted with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, along with the Road Traffic Act 1988, spoke with Citizens Advice and even the third party company that serviced the bike and with my newfound knowledge and an open mind, I feel like I approached Ride and Glide fairly and, in my opinion, explained my side effectively and hoped for a full refund. It took several days to negotiate just a partial refund, and not a full refund, including a time where I had to ask Ride and Glide if the bike they sold me was or was not a motor vehicle. The reason given by Ride and Glide for not giving a full refund was a combination of devaluation due to the product now being second hand, shipping and labour time. In my opinion, riding the bike for a mere ten (10) miles on dry tarmac (with two (2) miles added by the third party that assessed the bike) would not depreciate the value to an extreme level, but again, that is my opinion. I was also NOT told, specifically, what the labour costs were for, or given any information in an itemized way regarding the deduction to the refund. Shipping costs were also NOT discussed with me, so I can’t personally say for sure how much they were. I took multiple pictures and videos of the bike before I sent it back to Ride and Glide, which, in my opinion, showed that there were no paint scratches, punctures, the electric systems were operational, the handlebars moved, etc. The charger system was also untouched, as I did not use it, and all tools included with the bike were accounted for. The instruction manual was also kept free from any stains or folds. All in all, I personally wouldn’t rate this company highly, but knowing that I eventually got a partial refund is a positive in my opinion, although, I can’t help but feel like I am now out of pocket somewhat. Furthermore, I personally felt like my emails weren’t responded to quickly enough, I did not like how I talked to so many different people (I would’ve preferred to have one point of contact within the company), nor did I appreciate some of the staff members tone at times (but that’s my opinion and my perception of their words, laugh and voices) so, because of these personal views, I feel like that this was not a customer experience I will remember fondly.
