The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

I had purchased a REM-Fit 500 pillow after reading all the glowing reviews in Good House Keeping. Great communication from the company and prompt delivery. I unfortunately found the pillow was too firm for me and shared my dissapointment, not expecting any response. I was immediately contacted by REM-Fit customer services who, as a good will gesture, refunded my purchase. Wow. I will definately be purchasing from them again, looking at a softer pillow this time. Fantastic customer service which makes them a company you can trust, in my humble opponion.

I was genuinely excited when I first came across REM-Fit. The reviews were glowing, the brand looked premium, and the “risk-free trial” gave me confidence. Sadly, my experience has been frustrating from start to finish — both in terms of product quality and customer service. The first mattress I ordered was advertised as medium firmness (7.5) but felt more like a 10 — rock hard. My carpet was genuinely more comfortable. When I tried to return it, REM-Fit were hesitant, offering me a topper or partial refund — both of which would have voided the return option. It felt like they were actively trying to discourage me from using the return policy they promote so heavily. REM-Fit’s return policy sounds great on paper — but in practice, they do everything they can to discourage or void it the moment you try to use it. To make matters worse, I later discovered that if I’d gone through an exchange and chosen a cheaper model, REM-Fit would’ve simply kept the price difference — no refund at all. This policy wasn’t clearly communicated and frankly, left me shocked. Still trying to make it work, I gave REM-Fit a second chance. Instead of exchanging, I bought a completely new REM-Fit mattress — and for a moment, all previous doubts about the brand disappeared. Unfortunately, I now regret that decision even more. Within just two months, the new mattress became overly soft and lost almost all support. This level of deterioration is not normal softening — it’s a serious quality issue, not just a matter of preference. Yet REM-Fit have refused to acknowledge it as a fault. Then came the final insult: when I raised the issue, I was directed to a restricted guarantee process that required me to agree to specific terms — including paying £45 for delivery of a replacement, even though the issue appears to be a manufacturing fault. This directly contradicts the Consumer Rights Act, which states that faulty goods must be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer within six months. At this point, I’ve completely lost faith in REM-Fit. Their products didn’t live up to the promise, and their return and guarantee policies are far more restrictive and misleading than they appear on the surface. I’m still trying to obtain a return and refund, but I continue to receive what appear to be automated or copy-paste responses that fail to address the actual issue. There are just too many red flags with this company. I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

This is the first time I bought REM-Fit mattress with finger crossed. But when I used it on first night it gives me really a comfortable sleep. The support is awesome for spine. I am very satisfied with this mattress and would like to recommend who has back problems and uncomfortable sleep.

I've purchased a mattress previously was great 4 years ago so bought again. My mattress was out of stock so spoke with a lovely lady Amy and so helpful and reassuring. Delivered on time even phone call to say how far away even placed into bedroom. The easy part was me sleeping . Highly recommend

I was desperate for a new mattress after suffering from back pain for months and watching my old mattress sagging more and more every night. The Rem-Fit 500 Ortho Elite Hybrid (firm) has literally cured my sciatica and lower back pain!!! My sleep quality had improved drastically - possibly due to the reduction of tossing and turning! Information on the website was very clear, and communication between ordering and delivery was thorough and timely. The delivery itself was very smooth, with emails and calls as announced, and very polite and helpful gentlemen. Installation was very easy, again with clear instructions to support. All in all, REM-Fit have made the process of replacing my mattress (which can be extremely stressful) just as easy as buying anything else!!! A dream experience made reality!
