The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Delivery was great. I could book a date and communications was good. Prices were reasonable and we've loved the matrress. It was a bit firm the first 2-3 days but after it had time it was absolutely perfect. I sleep like a rock on it, part of me thinks "oh a shame I barely get to enjoy the feel of a new matress" but really it's a good thing. Will definitely be recomending this mattress to others. We got the REM-Fit® 600 Lux Hybrid Mattress. We both like a firmer mattress, one that's cooler and good for side sleeping/back sleeping. I reviewed some options on Which and we decided to try this one and we're a happy couple.

The company is doing well, contact with customer service was good although i personally like to talk over the phone but via email was easy enough and responded within hours. About the product i bought 600 lux and item actually good quality but i havenot slept on it enough to give the right opinion atm but tried and found well made but need more time to adjust i only slept couple of nights and 1st night couldnot sleep i think you need to use regularly for long to get adjusted. My experience with Rem Fit specially with Amy the person with whom I liaise (Customer Liaison Manager)was truly amazing and excellent, the whole conversation was very polite, professional at the same time amicable, from the purchase till to date. REM-Fit® 500 Ortho Elite Hybrid Mattress is excellent yet my Suggestion would be if the future the company can make little bit more firmer to keep the back straight. My Trial period was still long to go as of now 100 night trial was about to end but to get 200 days trial I had to buy the mattress protector. Technicality ( I had 100 days to go to end my trial period), However I did not wait and I made up my mind to keep the mattress. During this 3 months the mattress has not change in any shape its strong yet giving your body shape and it helps to relax your muscle after a tiring day. I would thanks the entire team of Rem Fit and keep going with the hard work they provide to "US"customers/ consumers and make us happy/ Satisfied. I hope this review will help others to choose Rem Fit Mattress for their good night sleep.

I just opened and installed my matress 600 Lux Hybrid. Until now all was organised very professional: custumor service, delivery. While shopping I forgot my cover protection, I claimed it after snd it was delivered with my matress. First night on my nw matress was much better than the old one but I will come back with more details after a long period of testing

When I first purchased the mattress, it felt great and offered good support. Unfortunately, within just a couple of years, it started causing significant shoulder and neck pain. I contacted the company to raise a complaint, and while they were initially quick to respond, things quickly became frustrating. They confirmed the purchase date and arranged for an engineer inspection—but I was asked to pay £40 for the visit. By this point, the mattress had become too uncomfortable to use, so I had replaced it and leaned the original king-size mattress against the wall in my bedroom. On the day of the visit, I asked the engineer if he needed the mattress on the floor or a bed frame for proper inspection. He assured me it was fine as it was and completed the visit. However, when the report came back, it claimed the inspection was invalid because the mattress was against the wall. I was told I’d need to book (and potentially pay for) another visit. I explained everything again and emphasized that I was no longer using the mattress due to the pain it caused. Eventually, they booked a second inspection free of charge. I requested the earliest available date, as this had already dragged on for weeks. For the second visit, I couldn’t be home, so my wife spoke with the engineer. After that, I heard nothing until I followed up—only to be told that the mattress was on the “wrong frame,” so once again, the inspection didn’t count. It feels like they’re doing everything possible to avoid taking responsibility. The mattress came with a 15-year warranty, yet it didn’t even last two years. They now say I need to buy a new king-size bed frame just so they can inspect it again—how does that make any sense? I’ve been chasing this for over four months, and despite my persistence and all the emails I’ve kept, nothing has been resolved. It’s incredibly disappointing. The product failed well before its warranty period, and the company’s handling of the issue has been slow, evasive, and unhelpful. I wouldn’t be surprised if other customers have experienced similar issues, especially with shoulder and neck pain. And I expect, like many others, this review will just receive a copy-paste generic response.

I bought a REM-Fit Hybrid Pocket 1000 Mattress in January - I felt I should review it because we rarely review things we like and usually complain about those we don’t. I am very pleased with this mattress, having had a horrible John Lewis memory foam one which felt like I slept on a concrete floor. This hybrid mattress from Rem-fit is a great combination of springs (there is a bounce which is important because I have a bad shoulder and need some resistance but not too much) and foam (which I don’t completely sink into, and there are no craters in the middle of the bed left by my fidgety partner! Equally, the foam isn’t like a mound of solid clay, which the John Lewis mattress felt like). I would say it is medium - not firm - but perfect for anyone with an aching back or arthritic limbs - supportive and soft enough. I like the material - it comes with a case that’s washable. It would have been ideal with a couple of handles to manoeuvre it but I managed to lift and drag it on my own without too much of a problem. I thought it was reasonable for the price and the free memory foam pillows are nice and comfortable - I received discounts for my order and paid around £300 in total. So far, good value, I think. One more thing - the delivery men were very nice and helpful. The delivery was around a week or so later than I had anticipated, but this wasn’t a big problem and, contrary to other reviews about the delivery company, I felt they were okay.
