The mattress is good, but the service was really bad. - I was only informed that selecting a date and time wasn’t possible after purchase, even after selecting it at checkout. Made moving day to my new house stressful. - Order was inadvertently cancelled without my knowledge, resulting in a change of delivery date. - Mattress turned up but the pillows I’d also ordered weren’t delivered with it. I’m still waiting on these
I am writing this review after owning the mattress for 6 years. I purchased the 500 Ortho Hybrid in 2019. This was the best mattress I had ever slept on however 2 years later I contacted this company to alert them to the fact the mattress was starting to noticeably dip where our bodies lie. As the mattress is guaranteed for 15 years they sent an assessor round who only measured the surface of the mattress and decided the mattress was OK. We are now 6 years down the line and the mattress has dipped considerably. The centre of the mattress is still in perfect condition and is very comfortable, however where our bodies lie the inside of the mattress has severely compressed causing a lot of discomfort. I asked for another assessment but was told they would set up an appointment and if no issues were found we would have to pay a £40 call out fee. I have been dealing with the assessors who have confirmed that although they do some compressions tests they can't confirm if the compression we are experiencing will be enough to justify a refund. So to sum up I would not waste your money buying this mattress because after a couple of years you may need a new one!! If you buy a sprung mattress it will stand the test of time much better than foam (in my 57 years of experience)!
purchased 23/6/25 - quick delivery - excellent packaging - the best pillow i have ever owned by far! - only had it just over 2 weeks but yeah, i am thoroughly impressed!. Great height, supportive, a joy to sleep on - good for back or side sleeping - compliments my memory foam mattress - impressed! - great investment!

Really don’t want to even give one star. Not sure how you can try one of their pillows in the hard plastic carry bag it arrived in. !!!! NO WAY. Seems like I am far from the only customer with issues with the supplier. Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. Would certainly not of ordered if I had looked first. Far to hard for me but forget the idea of returning. They do not want to know. Very very unhappy. Be careful.

As someone who has chronic pain, I have bought several pillows over the years, but none were as comfortable as I’d have liked…until I tried REM-Fit Bamboo pillow! I love this pillow! It is perfect for me. I bought one with the extra depth, and it is just right for me, it’s also comfortably, and supportive of my neck, without being too firm. For the first time in many years, I can actually lie comfortably on my pillow. I also have a REM-Fit mattress which is excellent too!

I ordered a king size mattress instead of a double. I only realised when I'd opened the mattress. I contacted Remfit and, although it took a while to sort out, due to having to return one mattress before the other could be despatched, the company didn't make a fuss about my error; they just got on and resolved the issue. Great company to deal with. We have bought two different mattresses and a pillow from them and been pleased every time.

Plastic is not breathable! Please don't offer a mattress protector made of recycled plastic for free to give yourself environmental pats on the back. I think little of a company that does that. It is too soon to rate the mattress. I need to see how it has held up in a year.

Not clear on returns and no refund when told I would get. Mentions on website very clear 100 day trial only to be told that's only on mattresses not pillows. Once taken out of packaging cannot return if do not like the pillow which costs £50! Got told I could have 25% back if price but never refunded me. So not happy at all, and also have a pillow I do not like.
